Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using specialized techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.

Myofascial Release can relieve pain associated with many conditions.  Here are some examples, but it is beneficial for so much more, including general well-being:

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy

Online booking requires prepayment for all visits.  We do not charge credit card convenience fees.  Credit card companies no longer credit back their fees in the event of a refund, which can be significant. Therefore, any refunds will be for the amount we actually received from the credit card company.

At events, we are able to take cash payments if that is your preference.  We can assist with booking your appointment.  Please ask us.

In the office, we can schedule for you, and will hold the appointment with a credit card. You may pay any way you like on the day of the visit.  

We are a small business, and cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice makes it difficult to have time to rebook the appointment time we reserved for you.  With COVID still being with us, and flu season, there are exceptions to our cancellation policy that you must pay for the visit if you do not cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Please talk to us about it if you can't make it to your appointment.
