Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.

Myofascial release can relieve pain associated with many ailments including but not limited to:

Headaches

On-Site Chair Massage

2 hours: $180

Your workforce, quite literally your “human resources”, can serve as your company’s greatest liability, or its greatest asset. More and more discoveries are made each day about the negative impact of stress on our physical and mental health.

Stress is unavoidable, but companies can proactively take action by putting policies into practice which will help to prevent and alleviate personnel stress. As a company’s potential greatest asset, it is clear how the physical and mental health of your workforce has a direct impact on your bottom line.

It is especially notable that often it is the hardest workers who find themselves under the greatest levels of stress at their jobs. Offering on-site chair massage is a great benefit to companies that are looking to attract and retain the highest quality of employees.

There are many long term benefits of massage therapy, and it is often the case that improvements will be noticed the same day, if not immediately following treatment.

Our practice includes only the highest quality professionals who exhibit exceptional skills and experience, verified educational credentials and up to date liability insurance. Chair massage sessions generally last 15 minutes, however we are open to creating a customized contract to meet your company’s specific needs. A minimum of at least two hours is required for booking.

We are also available for short-term bookings such as employee appreciation events, or perhaps an especially critical quarter in which you require exceptional staff performance. You can even book us for your clients as a special gift to show your appreciation or your support during a tough time.

Grace Myofascial Release is a privately owned massage therapy practice specializing in both restorative treatment and preventative care. Our services include competitively priced on-site chair massage packages, which we provide to businesses in the DFW area.

It is easy to understand why companies offering on-site chair massage to their staff have reported boosts in productivity, fewer sick days taken and an overall improvement in staff morale across the board. There are so many potentially debilitating physical maladies that can be treated, better yet prevented, through the application of massage therapy.

All members of our practice are licensed massage therapists who have undergone a meticulous vetting process to assure only the highest quality of training and professionalism.

Grace Eubanks has been working in physical rehabilitation since 1989. A licensed massage therapist holding a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and expert level training in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Grace has worked in pediatric/adult inpatient rehabilitation, acute hospital, home health, hand therapy, outpatient therapy, adult work hardening and chronic pain management.

If you would like to schedule a free consultation with us, we will be happy to come into your office and offer you a complimentary 15 minute chair massage.

For on-site chair massage we charge $90/hour, requiring a two hour minimum for booking. This price includes travel and set-up.
